Feiya Group's First Employee Skills Competition: QC Position Skills Final—Early autumn always brings gentle days, holding onto summer even as the sun sets and a cool autumn breeze arrives. To vigorously promote the spirit of model workers, the spirit of labor, and the spirit of craftsmanship, and to deeply advance the crucial reform of building a skilled workforce in industry, inspiring employees to excel in their roles and continuously refine their professional abilities—on September 20, Feiya Group successfully held the first Employee Skills Competition: the QC Post Skills Finals. This highly anticipated final event brought together nine talented contestants who showcased their expertise on the same stage, fostering a vibrant atmosphere of "learning, training, and development through competition." After intense competition and meticulous preparation, this event, which gathered the group’s elite quality inspection professionals, not only highlighted their exceptional skills but also underscored Feiya’s unwavering commitment to excellence and our steadfast dedication to delivering top-quality products.

01 "Innovative Craftsmanship, Skill Competition" — Craftsmanship, the Quality Pioneer

In August, the group’s three business units each held preliminary rounds of their QC job skills competitions. The top three contestants from each unit gathered at Feiya Headquarters on September 20 for the grand finals, where they competed fiercely across multiple stages—including analyzing theoretical knowledge and conducting detailed sample inspections. With their keen insight, meticulous approach, and exceptional technical skills, they meticulously controlled every single detail, striving to achieve uncompromising quality. Each step of the process was marked by a profound respect for and relentless pursuit of excellence.


02 "Crowning Glory, Recognizing Excellence" – Craftsmanship, Quality Pioneer

After a day of intense competition and rigorous evaluation, a group of outstanding contestants emerged victorious. Ji Yijuan and eight other finalists took home the first, second, and third prizes in the QC job skills finals. Sun Zhuang Subdistrict Party Committee Deputy Secretary and Trade Union Chairman, along with Feiya Trade Union Chairman, presented the winners with certificates and prizes. The Deputy Secretary of the Sun Zhuang Subdistrict Party Committee highly praised the Feiya Group’s quality control team for their exceptional strength and expertise. He encouraged everyone to remember that quality is the lifeblood of any enterprise, emphasizing the importance of safeguarding this vital line while prioritizing safety. He urged them to keep up the excellent work, striving relentlessly to set a benchmark of quality for the Feiya Group.

Competitors from Shandong Dakuan, Rudong Furuida, and Haian Feiya gained valuable insights through mutual learning and exchange during this year’s finals.
