Hai'an County Feiya Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. Established

March 1995

The company has newly built a 2,000-ton-per-year production line for the continuous synthesis of diphenylamine from aniline.

July 1997

The company has started production of rubber antioxidants such as BLE and BLE-W products.

April 2002

Through technological upgrades, the production capacity of diphenylamine has reached 5,000 tons per year.

September 2003

A new 5,000-ton-per-year diphenylamine production unit has been commissioned, bringing the total diphenylamine capacity to 10,000 tons per year.

May 2004

The company has developed and launched the antioxidant product KY-405.

December 2008

The first-phase project of the new district's diphenylamine facility has begun operations.

April 2009

The BLE and KY-405 units have been successfully relocated for expanded production and are now operational.

May 2009

The company has moved entirely to the new district, with major product capacity expansion and process upgrades.

2010 Fiscal Year

The company has built a new KY-616 antioxidant production facility.

April 2011

Investing in and building a new high-polymer material additive project in the chemical park of Shandong Linyi Port Economic Development Zone.

March 2014

Shandong factory completes construction and starts production of the cresol project.

September 2016

Investing in and building a new environmentally friendly project for advanced material additives in the Rudong Yangkou Port Economic Development Zone.

July 2018

The Rudong factory project is being completed and put into operation in stages.

December 2020

The company has been renamed: Jiangsu Feiya Chemical Industry Group Co., Ltd.

March 2024

A 100,000-ton-per-year lubricant oil project has been completed.
