Feiya Chemical Environmental Protection Knowledge Competition
01·The Curtain Rises·
The Earth is humanity's only home, and protecting the environment is the responsibility and duty of every global citizen. To deeply implement the nation’s environmental protection policies and regulations and to enhance everyone’s environmental awareness, our company successfully held the "Green Future, We Walk Together" Environmental Knowledge Competition on April 28, 2025. This competition was not only a vibrant clash of ideas but also a meaningful platform for spreading environmental values. From waste sorting to energy conservation and emission reduction, from ecological protection to sustainable development, each question reflected our deep care for the planet, while every answer demonstrated our unwavering commitment to safeguarding our shared home. The event was spearheaded by the company’s Environmental Protection Department, with active participation from all departments—six teams were formed to compete, and nearly twenty employees took part in the lively on-site activities.

02 · Smart & Fun Q&A ·
The competition adopts a random group-matching format, featuring rounds such as Q&A, multiple-choice selection, quick-response challenges, audience questions, and risk-based questions. These rounds cover five question types: single-choice, multiple-choice, true/false, and open-ended questions. The question bank encompasses knowledge related to topics like waste sorting, energy conservation and emission reduction, ecological protection, and sustainable development—testing participants' familiarity with relevant regulations and policies while also aligning closely with the daily management practices of enterprises.
The competition venue
"Could you please explain what the 'three wastes' from industry and the 'three wastes' from daily life refer to?" As soon as the host finished reading the question, the buzzer sounded repeatedly—*ding!* "Team 5 committed a violation! It's Team 1's turn to answer!" The atmosphere at the competition venue was electric, with contestants calmly pondering each question before delivering precise responses. Throughout the buzzer round, teams fiercely competed against one another, keeping everyone on the edge of their seats as the scoreboard remained tightly contested. Meanwhile, during the Q&A session, competitors handled challenges with composure, showcasing their profound understanding of ecological safety and their solid grasp of environmental knowledge. In addition, the event featured an engaging "Audience Quiz" segment, where questions were displayed on the large screen, prompting spectators below to raise their hands and race to answer correctly. Those who got it right received eco-friendly giveaways, fostering greater audience participation and boosting the lively, interactive vibe of the entire event—effectively drawing viewers into the heart of the competition!
03 · Perfect Finale ·
After more than an hour of intense competition, the scores from each round were tallied. Ultimately, a cross-departmental team jointly formed by the Internal Audit Department, Security Department, and Workshop No. 2 emerged as the winner, claiming first prize in this contest. The teams representing Workshop No. 3 and the Administration Department took home second place, while the teams from the Finance Department, R&D Department, and the joint Logistics & Procurement team earned third prize.

After the competition concluded, company leaders took the stage to present awards to the winning participants and posed for a commemorative photo. This environmental knowledge contest not only strengthened employees' awareness of energy conservation and environmental protection but also created a positive atmosphere for the company’s "Environmental Protection and Energy Saving Month" campaign. The event successfully achieved its intended goals of "learning through competition and applying knowledge through practice," injecting fresh momentum into the company’s drive for green, high-quality development. Green development inherently forms the foundation of high-quality growth, and at its core, new-quality productivity is essentially synonymous with green productivity. Feiya Chemical has actively responded to the nation’s overarching strategy of "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality," vigorously promoting decarbonization across our production processes. Moving forward, we will gradually integrate product carbon footprints into our sustainable supply chain management framework, systematically advancing the calculation and certification of product carbon footprints. Through this initiative, Feiya Chemical continues to deeply embrace the principles of green and low-carbon development. By implementing measures such as energy conservation, emission reduction, resource recycling, and ecological protection, we are actively fostering the construction of a green enterprise and striving toward the vision of becoming a zero-waste company.
