At the request of the Nantong Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, the session integrated the practice of having the Workers' Congress hear special reports on safety production and occupational health with the enterprises' regular safety oversight activities, emphasizing the critical importance of workplace safety and proposing several concrete improvement measures. Furthermore, this year's Workers' Congress also provided detailed explanations and deliberations on the revised personnel and administrative regulations, actively gathering feedback from employee representatives.
