Usage
This product exhibits excellent resistance to thermal and oxidative aging, providing outstanding processing stability for resin manufacturing while ensuring consistent product color. It also demonstrates a remarkable synergistic effect when combined with UV stabilizers and hindered amine light stabilizers. The product is particularly well-suited for use in polyolefins and olefin copolymers, such as polyethylene, polypropylene, and ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymers. It is especially ideal for applications like protective sheaths for polyolefin-based cable materials, as well as for modifying nylon and ABS materials and other organic compounds. Typically, the recommended dosage ranges from 0.2% to 0.8%.
Performance Advantages
The FY-2322 series offers the following advantages compared to the traditional 1010 and 168 compounding systems: It maintains an extremely low melt flow rate variation (MVR, MFR). It significantly enhances the oxidation induction time (OIT), while still delivering excellent antioxidant performance even at higher processing temperatures, ensuring that the material retains its outstanding mechanical properties.
