Usage

KY616-5 antioxidant is a cost-effective emulsion-type antioxidant formulated with a blend of hindered phenol polymer and an auxiliary antioxidant. It provides highly effective anti-oxidation protection and long-lasting storage stability for both natural and synthetic latexes. Additionally, it boasts excellent non-staining and non-discoloring properties, helping to prevent yellowing during the product’s processing stages.

This product excels in emulsion polymerization processes and is recommended for use in latex compounding and adhesive formulations, including ABS, nitrile, styrene-butadiene, carboxylated nitrile, and carboxylated styrene-butadiene rubbers. It effectively prevents the degradation of polymer performance caused by heat, UV exposure, and oxidative environments. The recommended dosage range is 0.25 to 1.0 part.

Storage

Store sealed in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area. Avoid direct sunlight. Store at temperatures between 0°C and 40°C. Stir well before use.
