Usage

Antioxidant KY616-3 is a water-based, polymer-stabilized antioxidant dispersion of hindered phenol. Its active ingredient is finely ground into ultra-fine red particles to maximize the product's effectiveness. It features excellent dispersibility, non-staining properties, and no discoloration, effectively preventing the degradation of polymer performance caused by heat and oxidative environments.

This product is widely used in natural and synthetic rubber as well as latex-based products, such as household gloves, medical examination gloves, latex bedding items, elastic threads, medical latex tubing and balloons, and foam rubber products. The recommended dosage is 0.5–2.0 parts, and it can also be used in combination with other additives.

Storage

Store sealed in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight. Storage temperature: 0–40°C. Stir thoroughly before use.
