Uses

This product is a versatile and widely used member of the diphenylamine family of anti-aging agents. It is particularly effective in protecting synthetic rubbers such as natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, chloroprene rubber, and nitrile rubber from aging. Primarily serving as a low-contamination anti-aging agent, it helps prevent thermal degradation and damage caused by repeated deformation in rubber materials. It offers robust protection against both thermo-oxidative aging and flex-cracking, with exceptional efficacy especially for chloroprene rubber—demonstrating remarkable resistance to heat-induced brittleness while also enhancing its overall ozone resistance. The product exhibits excellent dispersibility within rubber compounds and maintains moderate solubility in rubber matrices, ensuring it remains free from blooming on the surface. It is predominantly utilized in the production of rubber products such as wires and cables, tires, footwear soles, rubber sheets, conveyor belts, sponge rubber, and rubber rollers.
