Product Description
This product uses a professionally customized synthetic oil as its base, combined with multi-effect molecular synthesis technology and advanced molybdenum-boron dual-film anti-wear technology. It also incorporates a carefully balanced blend of high-performance imported composite additives, all formulated through cutting-edge blending processes. Compared to mineral oil-based gear oils, this product delivers improved efficiency, reduced energy consumption, minimized wear, extended service life, and longer oil-change intervals—ultimately leading to lower maintenance costs and energy savings.
Product Performance
Outstanding extreme-pressure and anti-wear performance effectively prevents gear surface scoring, wear, and galling, ensuring smooth gear operation.
Outstanding oxidation stability and thermal stability, offering an exceptionally long oil service life;
Outstanding corrosion and rust resistance, as well as excellent demulsibility, ensure rapid and effective water separation even when gearboxes operate in near-water environments, preventing parts from rusting or corroding.
Outstanding anti-foaming properties, providing effective oil-film protection and delivering excellent lubrication.

Scope of Application
Suitable for enclosed industrial gear drives, including steel-to-steel spur gears, helical gears, and bevel gears. Particularly effective in preventing micropitting, especially in heavy-duty gearboxes featuring case-hardened tooth surfaces. Also ideal for gear systems operating in extremely cold or high-temperature environments, as well as those exposed to harsh corrosive conditions.

Instructions for Use and Precautions
According to equipment lubrication guidelines, select oil products with appropriate viscosity. During use and storage/transportation, prevent contamination by foreign objects and strictly avoid mixing in mechanical impurities or water. Ensure the oil tank remains clean—when changing the oil, thoroughly flush both the tank and oil lines—and never mix it with oils of different types.
Storage Conditions
1. Packaged in 200L iron drums or 1000L IBC totes.
2. Store in a cool, well-ventilated area, away from fire sources and direct sunlight.
3. Recommendation: The maximum processing temperature should not exceed 70°C, and the long-term storage temperature must remain below 45°C.
