Product Description

This product is formulated using premium mineral base oil, combined with a blend of advanced additives—including antioxidants, rust inhibitors, corrosion protectants, anti-foaming agents, and friction modifiers—through a state-of-the-art manufacturing process.

Product Performance

Good tribological performance effectively reduces rail "creep," ensuring smooth and stable equipment operation.

Excellent antioxidant performance effectively inhibits the formation of oxidative deposits, extending the service life of the oil.

Excellent rust and corrosion resistance, effectively inhibiting the corrosion of metal components while safeguarding metal surfaces.

Good anti-foaming and water-separating properties effectively prevent emulsion-induced oil film breakdown and reduce increased wear.

Technical Specifications

Instructions for Use and Precautions

According to equipment lubrication guidelines, select oil products with appropriate viscosity. During use and storage/transportation, prevent contamination by foreign objects, and strictly avoid mixing in mechanical impurities or water. Ensure the oil tank remains clean—when changing the oil, thoroughly flush both the tank and oil lines—and never mix it with oils of different types.

Storage Conditions

1. Packaged in 200L iron drums / 1000L IBC totes.

2. Store in a cool, well-ventilated area, away from fire sources and direct sunlight.

3. Recommendation: The maximum processing temperature should not exceed 70°C, and the long-term storage temperature must remain below 45°C.
