Product Description

This product is formulated using custom-synthesized esters, combined with a blend of premium additives—including extreme-pressure, anti-wear, antioxidant, rust-inhibiting, and anti-corrosion agents—crafted through advanced manufacturing processes. It is safe, non-toxic, biodegradable, and environmentally friendly.

Product Performance

Excellent flame retardancy, safe and reliable, reducing fire risks;

Excellent lubricity effectively reduces equipment wear and minimizes kinetic energy loss during transmission.

Its excellent viscosity-temperature characteristics ensure superior lubrication and fluidity even under demanding operating conditions.

Excellent wear resistance, corrosion and rust prevention, and oxidation stability—these properties help slow down equipment wear and extend its service life.

Instructions for Use and Precautions

According to equipment lubrication guidelines, select oil products with appropriate viscosity. During use and storage/transportation, prevent contamination by foreign objects and strictly avoid mixing in mechanical impurities or water. Ensure the oil tank remains clean—when changing the oil, thoroughly flush both the tank and oil lines—and never mix it with oils of different types.

Storage Conditions

1. Packaged in 200L iron drums or 1000L IBC totes.

2. Store in a cool, well-ventilated area, away from fire sources and direct sunlight.

3. Recommendation: The maximum processing temperature should not exceed 70°C, and the long-term storage temperature must remain below 45°C.
