Product Quality Standards
Product Description
This product is formulated using premium mineral base oil and hydrogenated base oil, combined with a blend of high-quality additives—including extreme-pressure, anti-wear, antioxidant, rust-inhibiting, and anti-corrosion agents—through an advanced manufacturing process.
Product Performance
Excellent wear resistance, meeting the lubrication requirements of components such as medium- and high-pressure hydraulic systems and oil pumps, effectively extending equipment lifespan.
Excellent thermal stability and oxidation stability effectively inhibit the formation of oxidative deposits, extending oil change intervals.
Excellent anti-foaming and air-release properties ensure the system delivers hydrostatic pressure energy with sensitivity, precision, and smoothness.
Excellent rust and corrosion resistance, effectively preventing the corrosion of metal components such as copper and iron, while safeguarding metal surfaces.
Technical Specifications
GB 11118.1-2011
Scope of application
Suitable for various types of domestically or internationally sourced high- and ultra-high-pressure hydraulic equipment equipped with vane pumps (operating pressure above 17.5 MPa) and piston pumps (operating pressure exceeding 28 MPa). Examples include the high-pressure hydraulic systems found in large construction machinery such as cranes, excavators, and dump trucks.

Instructions for Use and Precautions
According to equipment lubrication guidelines, select oil products with appropriate viscosity. During use and storage/transportation, prevent contamination by foreign objects and strictly avoid mixing in mechanical impurities or water. Keep the oil tank clean—when changing the oil, thoroughly flush both the tank and oil lines—and never mix it with oils of different types.
Storage Conditions
1. Packaged in 200L iron drums or 1000L IBC totes.
2. Store in a cool, well-ventilated area, away from fire sources and direct sunlight.
3. Recommendation: The maximum processing temperature should not exceed 70°C, and the long-term storage temperature must remain below 45°C.
