Product Description

This product is formulated using premium hydrogenated base oil, combined with a blend of high-quality additives—including extreme-pressure, anti-wear, antioxidant, rust-inhibiting, and anti-corrosion agents—carefully blended on a specialized cleaning production line.

Product Performance

High cleanliness reduces clogging and damage to precision servo valves or other hydraulic components;

Excellent thermal stability and oxidation resistance extend the service life of the oil.

Excellent demulsibility and hydrolytic stability enhance the oil's resistance to contamination;

Excellent anti-foaming and air-release properties ensure the system transmits hydrostatic pressure smoothly, accurately, and with high responsiveness.

Excellent wear resistance meets the requirements of components such as medium- and high-pressure hydraulic systems and oil pumps, effectively extending equipment lifespan.

Instructions for Use and Precautions

According to equipment lubrication guidelines, select oil products with appropriate viscosity. During use and storage/transportation, prevent contamination by foreign objects and strictly avoid mixing in mechanical impurities or water. Ensure the oil tank remains clean—when changing the oil, thoroughly flush both the tank and oil lines—and never mix it with oils of different types.

Storage Conditions

1. Packaged in 200L iron drums or 1000L IBC totes.

2. Store in a cool, well-ventilated area, away from fire sources and direct sunlight.

3. Recommendation: The maximum processing temperature should not exceed 70°C, and the long-term storage temperature must remain below 45°C.
