Product Description
This product is formulated using high-quality synthetic low-pour-base oil, combined with a range of premium additives—including extreme-pressure, anti-wear, antioxidant, rust-inhibiting, and anti-corrosion agents—through advanced manufacturing processes. It delivers exceptional cold-weather performance, making it ideal for outdoor use in extremely cold regions.
Product Performance
Excellent viscosity-temperature performance and low-temperature properties ensure that the hydraulic system maintains excellent cold-start capability and pumpability even in cold conditions.
Excellent wear resistance, corrosion and rust prevention, and oxidation stability—these properties help slow down equipment wear and extend its service life.
Excellent anti-foaming and air-release properties ensure the system delivers hydrostatic pressure energy with sensitivity, precision, and smoothness.
Excellent shear resistance ensures that the oil maintains good viscosity stability even under demanding operating conditions.
Technical Specifications
GB 11118.1-2011
Scope of application
Especially suitable for outdoor operations in extremely cold regions (above -30°C) as well as engineering, construction, mining, steel rolling, and plastic processing industries where ambient temperatures fluctuate significantly—ideal for medium- and high-pressure hydraulic systems.

Instructions for Use and Precautions
According to equipment lubrication guidelines, select oil products with appropriate viscosity. During use and storage/transportation, prevent contamination by foreign objects and strictly avoid mixing in mechanical impurities or water. Ensure the oil tank remains clean—when changing the oil, thoroughly flush both the tank and oil lines, and never mix it with oils of different types.
Storage Conditions
1. Packaged in 200L iron drums or 1000L IBC totes.
2. Store in a cool, well-ventilated area, away from fire sources and direct sunlight.
3. Recommendation: The maximum processing temperature should not exceed 70°C, and the long-term storage temperature must remain below 45°C.
