Product Description
This product is formulated using premium hydrogenated base oil, combined with a variety of high-quality ash-free additives—such as extreme-pressure, anti-wear, antioxidant, rust-inhibiting, and anti-corrosion agents—through advanced manufacturing processes.
Product Performance
A unique zinc-free anti-wear formula that effectively protects silver-containing components, extending the lifespan of silver or silver-plated parts.
Outstanding wear resistance and extreme-pressure performance, effectively extending the system's operational lifespan.
Outstanding thermal stability and oxidation resistance extend oil change intervals;
Outstanding anti-foaming and air-release properties ensure the system delivers hydrostatic pressure energy with sensitivity, precision, and smooth operation.
Outstanding demulsibility allows water mixed into the oil to separate quickly, ensuring proper lubrication of the oil.
Technical Specifications
GB 11118.1-2011
Scope of application
Suitable for various types of domestically or internationally sourced high- and ultra-high-pressure hydraulic equipment equipped with vane pumps (operating pressure above 17.5 MPa) and piston pumps (operating pressure above 28 MPa). This includes the high-pressure hydraulic systems found in large-scale construction machinery such as cranes, excavators, dump trucks, and more. Particularly recommended for precision hydraulic systems containing copper- or silver-based components.

Instructions for Use and Precautions
According to equipment lubrication guidelines, select oil products with appropriate viscosity. During use and storage/transportation, prevent contamination by foreign objects and strictly avoid mixing in mechanical impurities or water. Ensure the oil tank remains clean—when changing the oil, thoroughly flush both the tank and oil lines—and never mix it with oils of different types.
Storage Conditions
1. Packaged in 200L iron drums or 1000L IBC totes.
2. Store in a cool, well-ventilated area, away from fire sources and direct sunlight.
3. Recommendation: The maximum processing temperature should not exceed 70°C, and the long-term storage temperature must remain below 45°C.
