Product Description
This product is formulated using a deeply refined, high-viscosity base oil, combined with a variety of premium additives—including extreme-pressure, anti-wear, antioxidant, rust-inhibiting, and anti-corrosion agents—and blended through advanced manufacturing processes.
Product Performance
Excellent extreme-pressure and anti-wear performance, along with superior load-carrying capacity, help reduce gear surface scoring, effectively minimize noise, and extend the service life of equipment.
Good oxidation stability and thermal stability extend the service life of the oil.
Good anti-foaming properties provide effective oil film protection, delivering excellent lubrication and heat dissipation.
Excellent corrosion and rust prevention, along with superior emulsion-breaking properties, ensures effective water separation even in humid environments, safeguarding components from rust and corrosion.
Technical Specifications
GB 5903-2011
Scope of Application
Suitable for medium-load enclosed gear transmission systems—such as those found in industries like steel, cement, and mining—where the tooth surface contact stress is below 1.1 GPa. Applications include: conveyors, mixers, dryers, extruders, blowers, mixers, presses, pulp machines, and more.

Instructions for Use and Precautions
According to equipment lubrication guidelines, select oil products with the appropriate viscosity. During use and storage, prevent contamination by foreign objects, and strictly avoid mixing in mechanical impurities or water. Ensure the oil tank remains clean—when changing the oil, thoroughly flush both the tank and oil lines—and never mix it with oils of different types.
Storage Conditions
1. Packaged in 200L iron drums or 1000L IBC totes.
2. Store in a cool, well-ventilated area, away from fire sources and direct sunlight.
3. Recommendation: The maximum processing temperature should not exceed 70°C, and the long-term storage temperature must remain below 45°C.
