Product Performance

Excellent cooling performance:

High-temperature quenching (above 500°C): Rapidly pass through the austenite instability region to prevent the formation of pearlite.

Slow cooling at low temperatures (below 300°C): Reduces thermal stress and microstructural stress, thereby minimizing the risk of deformation and cracking.

Excellent high-temperature resistance:

Highly antioxidant, it resists aging even with prolonged use, while reducing sludge and carbon buildup.

Instructions for Use and Precautions:

According to the equipment's lubrication guidelines, select the appropriate oil product. During use and storage/transportation, prevent contamination by foreign objects, and strictly avoid mixing in mechanical impurities or water. Ensure the oil tank remains clean—when changing the oil, thoroughly clean both the tank and oil lines. Never mix this oil with other types, and never combine different categories of oils.
